Experience and turnaround were pretty good. Quality is oretty good as well. Part of the issue was my artwork hiwever the design crew did the best they could with it and it turned out pretty good. Will be replinishing my order again soon.

We ordered a roll of stickers that were awesome, and some holographic stickers that ended up with an error. Customer service was helpful and provided a store credit for these. I had requested a minor edit in the comments section, and was assured by customer service that the changes had been made as requested. When the stickers arrived, the change had not been made. I learned that 1) you need to specially request and pay for a proof if you want to see the stickers before printing and 2) you can't print white ink on holographic stickers unless you go through a special process and work with a specific team at the company. I am not sure if either of these things were written on the website, I honestly didn't read too deeply, assuming the process would be the same as with other sticker companies I'd used in the past. Customer service apologized and provided a store credit refund for the product.

I was so excited to receive my package from StickerYou! The stickers came out wonderfully. I ordered one design that was a black ink drawing on holographic stickers. The drawing was crisp, and the holographic effect is really eye-catching. I also ordered stickers using a print of a very detailed colored-pencil drawing. The colors came out great, very true to the original, and the die cuts were perfect. I had a question about shipping, and an actual person responded to me right away. I highly recommend this awesome company. Do not hesitate to order!! It's so much fun to see your designs come to life, and it's clear that this is a people-centered company. Bravo, StickerYou!

Stickers were great, I thought shipping was ridiculously expensive tho. And it was tough to peel the backing off without damaging the holographic, you have be very careful not to bend it or it will distort the holographic.

The stickers I reordered did not turn out like the first order I had placed. I brought it up with StickerYous customer service team, and they were very helpful along the way. The team was quick to respond and kept it very professional. I will not be ordering any more holographic stickers from StickerYou, but based on the customer service I recieved, I do plan to return for a future sticker order. I was worried about the outcome since I got an email saying that the font size might not work with the sticker; overall, the sticker turned out very well; looks really nice and colour looks great. The sticker is very appealing to the eye.
