Make the best custom labels here for all your labeling needs. With our Design Tool you can make custom labels the precise size you need them for or you can use one of our templates for unique product labels. For example, using our text tool you can make id labels for your phone, laptop, sunglasses, or iPad including your phone number, name, or email in case they get lost to ensure a safe return. Use our extensive image library or upload your image to make food labels for baked goods, casseroles, or any shape and size jar you need. You can make them in clear or white vinyl, and with customization, you can make them to fit the jar or container you want to use. Our labels are made with high quality, glossy vinyl material. Use either clear or white vinyl, and with clear, you can still use white ink in your artwork! Choose from a variety of different shapes from round labels, hearts, squares, or fancy shaped. You can even have them die cut to the image.
All of our products are printed and produced in the historic Liberty Village located in Toronto, Ontario.

Q: How many custom labels can I order?
A: As many as you'd like! Our personalized labels have no order minimums - this allows you to see how your logo or design will appear on different custom label materials, and will allow you to experiment with label variations. You can also order them in whatever format works best for you, whether it be die-cut, kiss-cut, or pages. As a guideline, the more custom labels you order, the more cost effective the overall amount will be. This means that as you order more, you save more, so feel free to stock up!
Q: I need to order a large amount of customized labels, which option should I select?
A: This all depends on what you'll be using them for! If you're going to be using these custom labels for packaging or branding, your best bet is to order them on a roll. This is due to the fact that in higher quantities, rolls are definitely the most cost effective option. If you're planning on ordering a smaller amount (generally less than 250), your best option would be to order them on custom label pages.
Q: Are pages and rolls equally well-suited for all of my products?
A: If you will be hand-applying labels to curved product packaging such as jam jars, pages have some advantages. The vinyl material they’re printed on is slightly stretchy for easier application, and bubble-free - allowing air bubbles to escape before the vinyl adhesive settles. Pages are a common choice for food jars, and health & beauty product packaging. Roll labels are a great choice for flat surfaces, such as paper bags or cardboard boxes. They also offer a number of advantages such as a variety of material finishes, their permanent adhesive, and their cost-savings for larger orders. Roll labels are a popular choice among bakeries, coffee shops, and clothing stores. If you are ordering large quantities of labels that will be machine-applied, choose rolls as machines will only accept rolls.
Q: How many images will fit on a custom labels page?
A: There really is no set amount! Depending on the size and quantity of labels you want on your personalized page, the amount is up to you! We use a standard 8.5x11" sized sheet, so when your artwork is uploaded to our Sticker Maker, you’ll have the ability to change the final size and placement of the labels on your custom made labels sheet. You can make them smaller if you'd like to fit as many as possible, or larger if you'd prefer a few per sheet. You can also make some smaller and others larger to experiment size and see which work best for you!
Q: I have a higher resolution file in a pdf format, can I use this format for my order?
A: Yes! While you can’t upload it directly on our website, if you contact [email protected] a member of our sales team can help you with a special order.
Q:I want to make a specific label size of 0.75”x5.75”- is this possible?
A: Yes it is possible! With our sticker editor you can make any size you need down to the 0.1”. Need some help? Contact [email protected] and a member of our team will help you with your order.
Q: I have a specific cut line I want for my labels, is this possible to use it?
A: Yes it is! If you go to the Create Now button at the top of the page, select labels, and when you’re in the editor you can upload your artwork file. Q: Can I get free samples?
A: While we don’t offer free samples of your own artwork, we do offer free sample booklets so you can find the materials that work best for you. To order, contact [email protected] and we can send you the samples!
Q: I need help with my artwork, do you offer design services?
A: Yes we do! Contact [email protected] and a member of our team can help you with your artwork and order.
Q: What format can I upload my artwork in?
A: With our website, the formats that work are Jpegs, PNGs, Gifs, and PDFs. If you have another format you’re trying to use, contact [email protected].
Q: What’s the smallest size I can make my labels?
A: With our online editor, the smallest size you can create your labels at is 0.75”x0.75”. If you need smaller still, contact [email protected] and we can look into it with you.
Q: So I got my custom labels, now what should I use them for?
A: Personalized labels are great for a huge variety of use cases. Most people who order custom labels use them for some sort of packaging of branding initiative. Whether it's wraparound labels for jars and cans, or rectangular labels for craft breweries, there's no denying that our custom labels are the perfect easy solution for all of your product branding needs. Custom labels are also great for crafts and DIY's, and are a great accessory to gifts and decor. Your customized labels can be applied to any smooth service, and will remain stuck for years - it's time to get creative!
Q: How do I create my custom labels?
A: You have a couple options! You can either go to the blue button above that says Make Custom Labels and follow the steps through to the editor. In there you can upload your artwork, adjust the size, shape, and effects until you have your labels ready to order. Q: Can I make my custom labels on clear vinyl material?
A: Yes you can! Click on the Make Custom Labels blue button above. Once you're in the editor, click on the Page Options. From there, you can select the material and change it to Removable Clear Vinyl.
