1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this promotion is StickerYou Inc., located at 670 Caledonia Road, York, Ontario M6E 4V9 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on June 8, 2026 and ends on July 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer or designated platform clock is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, except where prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of those individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by generating a StickerYou AI fan card and sharing it on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok using the hashtag #MyStickerYouFanCard.
Entrants must ensure their post is publicly viewable or otherwise accessible to Sponsor in order to be eligible.
Alternative no-purchase entry method: Email [email protected] with the subject line “MyStickerYouFanCard Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, province/state, country, and email address.
Limit one entry per person/account during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
Selected winner(s) will each receive a $100CAD/USD StickerYou credit.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, duties, shipping restrictions, or other costs not expressly stated as included.
6. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The number of winners may vary and will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize
Potential winner(s) will be contacted by direct message, email, or other available contact method within a reasonable time after selection.
Potential winner(s) must respond within 7 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to correctly answer a required skill-testing question, or fails to complete any required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Canadian Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, Canadian residents may be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
10. Publicity and User-Generated Content
By entering, entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, username, likeness, submitted fan card image, post, caption, and other submitted materials for purposes of administering and promoting the promotion, including reposting on Sponsor-owned channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants represent and warrant that any submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights, does not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate material, and complies with the applicable platform’s terms.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the promotion, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Entrants should not submit sensitive personal information in public posts or comments.
12. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release the applicable platform from any responsibility or liability related to the promotion.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, platform providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
14. Sponsor Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform changes, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts fraudulently, or engages in conduct that is harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
15. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario Superior Court of Justice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Winner List
To request the name of the winner(s), send a request to [email protected] within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
