I loved the product that I received, it was exactly as I imagined it and their customer service was very kind and accommodating. I dinked a star only because their customer service is difficult to get ahold of, and as there was a time sensitivity with my order, it was stressful to wait so long for a response. As well, I would have liked to see a proof before it was sent, as there were some changes I requested when placing the order. (The changes were made and done exactly as I asked, but the ease of mind is always a plus). That aside, they arrived on time, thanks to some rushing and I super appreciate their accommodation.
